The Role
As a Deputy Manager, your role will involve providing support to staff and the individuals being supported. You will take full responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
You will also collaborate with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
The ideal candidate will hold their CQC registration and Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification.
The organisation operates a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, providing 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats, plus two flats for two people.
These homes in England deliver residential support and nursing care for individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
