A strong people leader, you’ll lead and develop our newly shaped sales team for ConvaTec’s Advanced Wound Care (AWC) business unit with through our 4 regional business managers. Bringing the breakthrough strategic plan alive and engaging the team around this, to setting the team up for success to deliver the ambition, this role is focused on delivering through a high performing team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Engaging your team in ConvaTec’s mission and the global transformation • Inspiring an energetic culture of sales performance and sustained over achievement • Strong and creative communication skills to provide clear direction throughout the layers of the sales organization • Growing the AWC business by prioritising the right business opportunities and strongly translating the strategic direction • Partnering closely with the Head of strategic Partnerships & Contracting to take drive alignment of the Commercial strategy through the sales organization • Prioritising a culture of talent development • Leading an upskilling drive across all areas of SFE and not least including competitive selling skills, business planning and CRM utilization • Working in strong collaboration with cross-functional partners across all areas of the business, most regularly with the marketing, commercial, clinical and SFE teams • Ensuring each and every team member is set up for success, providing clarity of goals, tangible KPIs and measures of success, whilst ensuring all the necessary resources to deliver these • Developing an incentive scheme to focus and reward initiatives to drive sustainable growth, linked to our strategic pillars • Proactive contribution to the UKI AWC Leadership team to help feed back insight from the External Environment and shape the future commercial strategy and activities of the AWC business unit. Skills & Experience: • Essential You’ve worked in a sales leadership role within primary care, with demonstrable experience of attracting, building, engaging and developing a high performing team. With an energetic and inspirational leadership style and excellent communication skills, you’ll have proven experience of engaging a team to success. You will be a team player with strong collaboration skills that can connect well with other functions to dovetail activities to deliver maximum impact. • Desirable Second line leadership.
