YOUR ROLE
In the role of Resource Coordinator, you'll take charge of managing and coordinating all personnel resources for our Operations team. This essential position involves overseeing day-to-day staffing logistics to ensure smooth operations and effective budget management. You'll maintain precise, up-to-date records of staffing allocations and related costs, providing this critical information to Finance and other stakeholders for accurate reporting and budgeting. Your insights will play a crucial role in helping senior management make informed decisions on budget utilisation, ensuring resources align with organisational goals. You will also collaborate closely with our external staffing agency to ensure we have the right people in place to meet customer demands effectively. This position calls for strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Hybrid working week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
People resource control, liaising with temporary agency to ensure manpower fulfilments
Managing resource records, liaising with line managers to maintain accurate and timely amendments to resource records
Report and coordinate overtime returns to ensure timely provision of information to finance
Responsible for temporary recruitment agency performance management, hosting monthly meetings, and progression of matters arising
Provide support to site operations team as required to provide resolution for any resource queries
Produce in-depth reports identifying any manpower gaps and requirements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness
Excel knowledge to include pivot tables
Organisational and problem solving skills along with a high level of attention to detail.
Analytical skills, able to identify trends and make recommendations
Leadership and influencing abilities
