To provide all aspects of support as required by the Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and Housing Manager that will meet the needs and requirements of all Foresight direct operational delivery also to assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of all buildings and vehicles.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Main Responsibilities
* To assist the Facilities Manager to co-ordinate and manage the day to day running of our properties of Foresight including but not limited to 60 Newmarket Street, North Lincolnshire Day Centre, Crosby Community hub Day Centre, Anne Askew House, Coronation House, Scartho Community Hub, Crescent Community Hub, The Warehouse and Learnng4life.
* To assist with collecting data and faults reported from the weekly vehicle checks and updating the Vehicle register.
* To assist with collecting data and faults reported from the weekly faults and maintenance from all buildings and updating the Faults register for each individual building.
* To assist with weekly building checks on our properties and recording any faults raised.
* To assist collecting data and faults reported from the Tenants Fault Reports.
* To assist with contacting contractors to complete the work required.
* To assist with keeping regular updates of work being completed on our properties by contractors.
* To provide cover for Reception when required.
* To assist with monitoring and evaluation of all properties as required.
* To assist the Facilities Manager to collate and produce progress reports, monitoring reports and other relevant information as required by trustees, funders, statutory bodies and other partners.
* To provide high levels of administrative support including but not limited to Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and Housing Manager.
* To minute-take in meetings and regular working groups, and distributing them in a professional format to all the correct people in attendance.

Your training plan
As part of the Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard, you will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours which will support you for your end-point assessment.
You will take part in a combination of activities, such as face-to-face classroom-based sessions, work shadowing and online learning, to support your learning and development and compile a portfolio of evidence.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake training sessions with Avant Skills Academy every other week throughout the length of the apprenticeship. If you have not achieved a GCSE grade 4 (C) in English and maths, you will be required to complete Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths.
At the end of the on-programme learning, you will be required to undertake an End-Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate you have met the occupational standard.
