We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as Head of People and Organisational Development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation to achieve its vision and future goals. You will provide strategic leadership and direction for the People and Organisational Development functions by developing ways to enhance staff engagement, drive organisational change, promote and implement Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, and support overall growth and development.
Key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership
1. Create detailed strategic plans outlining goals, initiatives, timelines, and resource allocations.
2. Align strategies with broader organisational goals, supporting growth, efficiency, and innovation.
3. Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor implementation and impact.
4. Develop policies and programmes that promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on safe, effective, and high-quality practices within the organisation.
5. Collaborate with executive directors and department heads to ensure alignment.
6. Develop and implement programmes to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
7. Implement initiatives promoting work-life balance, employee well-being, and job satisfaction.
