We are looking for a Microsoft UC Presales Consultant to work in our area of the EMEA Services Delivery function.
You will be responsible for supporting all presales activities from initial client engagement through to handing over to the delivery teams. Expectations will include producing solution blueprints for Microsoft Teams phone and related UC solutions such as Contact Centre leveraging our Microsoft certified partner offerings.
You will be working closely with sales support units on calls with customers to understand their requirements and in turn build a quote, proposal or statement of work for the recommended solution. Furthermore, a requirement of the role is to work with the Insight bid team in supporting unified communications RFIs and RFPs.

As a Microsoft UC Presales Consultant your Responsibilities are:
* Work within a team of intelligent technology professionals from both Insight and the customer to implement the blueprint phone solution with either a cloud-hosted and/or an on-premises backend SBC architecture.
* Technically manage the design and implementation of solutions.
* You will own and articulate the Microsoft Teams phone blueprint solution to Insight customers.
Experience and Skills:
* Technical experience based on Microsoft telephony solutions to include, Direct routing, Operator Connect and Calling Plans.
* A proven UC presales consultant with historic phone solution credibility to support this.
* Experience and knowledge specifically around Microsoft on-premises and cloud migrations.
* Must possess strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Must have strong documentation skills and standards; this is an essential requirement for this role.
* Must be capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Must have experience completing and supporting responses to RFIs and RFPs.
* Proven experience in the designing of enterprise-scale solutions using the following technologies:
o Microsoft Teams Phone.
o Session Border Controllers.
o PSTN Connectivity via Direct SIP, Operator Connect, Calling Plans.
o Contact Centre Solutions.
o Call Recording.
o Call Analytics.
o Microsoft Teams Rooms.
* Experience and knowledge of Voice Technologies.
* Experience with other UC&C technologies and vendors.
* Experience of Contact Centre & Teams Certified Solutions.
* Knowledge of end-to-end Teams telephony migration methodologies and processes.
* Professional Qualifications & Certifications in relation to the above technologies.
