This role requires offering responsive, professional, user-centred support and collaborating with various agencies. You will be part of a team dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for service users in alignment with the Home Office, UK Government, and Welsh Government guidelines.Principal AccountabilitiesService Delivery:Manage a caseload of families, providing comprehensive support to address their mental, social, and financial wellbeing.Prepare for new arrivals and make practical arrangements for their residence.Refer families to appropriate service providers and support them in making contact.Assist families with paperwork to access services and make applications and claims as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of casework and monitoring data.
* Stay updated on changes in service provision, client eligibility, and relevant legislation.
* Support families with information and guidance to help them integrate into British society.
* Provide drop-in support for clients no longer needing intensive assistance.
