Site Manager - Interior Fit-Out
Salary: 45,000 + Expenses + Company Van
Location: Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends

A thriving construction company with a turnover of 50 million. The company specialises in interior fit-outs for major retail clients, student accommodations, schools, and M&E work. Their extensive portfolio includes large-scale fit-outs and complex projects like shopping centres, academies, and NHS works.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee fit-out projects, primarily focusing on large retail, educational, and residential schemes. The role will suit someone with a strong trade background and experience in managing complex fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
2. Coordinate trades and labour, including joiners, electricians, plumbers, and decorators.
3. Liaise with Contracts Managers team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Oversee health and safety compliance on-site.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Preferred Experience:
1. Trade background.
2. Experience in large-format fit-outs (e.g., retail, commercial, educational projects).
3. Proven ability to manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
45,000 annual salary.
