Salary: £19,884 to £20,083 per annum (Pro rata of £22,620 to £22,846) plus excellent benefits
Contract Type: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Term-time only, Permanant.

South Devon College is recruiting for a Student Services Advisor – Funding and Transport to operate as part of the frontline customer facing team across the college, your role is to provide a welcoming and professional frontline service to all; offering outstanding customer service and impartial information and advice to all students and visitors contributing to a comprehensive ‘one stop’ Helpzone service.
The Helpzone colleagues take responsibility for the day to day customer enquiries, including supporting the college funding and transport support function. As part of the Helpzone, you will facilitate a highly effective learner journey. You will work on the front line in the Helpzone supporting delivery of all aspects of the Helpzone service.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). You will have experience in working in a customer facing role with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to allow you to swiftly address and respond to enquiries. You will be confident in liaising with customers via telephone and email, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
