Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday
About your new company:
A national provider of powered access equipment hire is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth across the Midlands area.
About your new Area Sales Manager role:
1. Identify and Maximise Sales of Powered Access machinery
2. Develop relationships with new clients in your territory whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts
3. Achieve planned sales targets & goals
4. Develop quotes and proposals for clients
5. Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
What the new Area Sales Manager will need to succeed:
1. Proven track record of working in a field sales position ideally within a plant hire or powered access environment
2. Experience of exceeding targets and KPI’s
3. Excellent communication skills, face to face and over the phone
4. Target driven, self-motivated and able to present a professional image
5. Ability to influence and persuade to close a deal
6. Full UK driving licence
