The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are unavailable. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and engaging students in their learning
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere
Supporting the educational progress of our students Requirements of a Cover Supervisor:
A passion for education and a desire to inspire students
Basic IT, numeracy, language and literacy skills
Flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups
Strong communication and organisational skills
