We are looking for a dedicated, organised and experienced Personal Assistant to become a key member of our team. The individual will need to demonstrate the ability to exercise initiative but also know when to ask for help. The role will involve providing direct daily support to the Principal, managing their calendar, co-ordinating events and meetings and handling essential paperwork to ensure smooth operations. As Clerk to Governors you would provide advice on governance and procedures and support with administration of meetings. This role is for 37 hours per week and time only plus three additional weeks to cover governor meetings.
