Robert Half is supporting its client, a leading Global Consulting Firm, in their search for an IT Project Manager with Enterprise Architecture exposure and experience with technical platforms such as Ardoq. This role will support a global consulting firm and their end client, a multinational financial services organisation, in coordinating enterprise architecture initiatives and delivering key technology transformation projects.
Contract Assignment Details:
* Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in-office, flexible remote working for the right candidate)
* Duration: Initial 6 months (strong likelihood of extension)
* Day Rate: £650 - £700 via PAYE (employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company fees)
* Start Date: ASAP, subject to standard financial & criminal background checks
Key Responsibilities:
The IT Project Manager will work within the CIO domain, driving enterprise architecture alignment and ensuring effective coordination between technology and business teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Enterprise Architecture Coordination - Supporting the Enterprise Architecture team in aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.
* Project Management - Managing multiple IT projects and workstreams within the CIO function, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Technical Tooling & Ardoq Exposure - Working with enterprise architecture tools (such as Ardoq) to enhance technology governance and decision-making.
* Stakeholder Management - Collaborating with CIO, Enterprise Architects, and senior business leaders to coordinate IT transformation initiatives.
* Technology Roadmap & Governance - Assisting in the development of enterprise technology roadmaps and governance frameworks.
* Flexibility & Learning - Adapting to evolving business needs and learning more about enterprise architecture, technical tooling, and IT strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT Project Management, ideally within financial services, investment banking, or consulting environments.
* Exposure to Enterprise Architecture initiatives and ability to collaborate with EA teams.
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools such as Ardoq (or willingness to learn and adapt quickly).
* Strong stakeholder management skills, working with CIO, Enterprise Architects, and business leaders.
* Ability to coordinate multiple IT workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery success.
* Technical awareness of IT transformation, governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
* High level of flexibility, working in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office collaboration.
