Digital Account Director – Berkshire / Hampshire / Dorset
Salary: £51,000 Basic / £22,700 OTB / Plus Car Allowance £6000
We're looking for a Digital Account Director to join our dynamic team covering Berkshire / Hampshire / Dorset and part of Surrey (You must be based somewhere on patch). About the Role:
As a Digital Account Director, you’ll manage a portfolio of premium clients, each spending a minimum of £10K annually on bespoke digital marketing solutions. Your goal will be to retain and grow these clients’ digital portfolios, driving their business success while acquiring new customers who need top-tier digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-value accounts: Oversee a portfolio of clients with an annual spend ranging from £10,000 to £40,000.
Drive growth: Expand your clients' digital spend through strategic digital marketing campaigns, while also identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Collaborate with your team: Work closely with Business Development Managers to drive referrals and develop strategies, while also mentoring and supporting their development.
Build relationships: Partner with key internal teams, including Digital Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Learning & Development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven digital marketing expertise: Strong experience in managing high-value digital advertising accounts, including Google PPC, SEO, social media, and display advertising.
Track record of success: Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Strategic mindset: Ability to develop tailored digital marketing solutions based on client needs.
Excellent communication: Confident in explaining complex digital strategies clearly to clients and colleagues alike.
Collaborative and resilient: A team player with emotional intelligence who can adapt to changing priorities and stay focused on delivering for clients.
You must have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
