We are looking for several skilled quality assurance engineers with expertise in both manual and automated testing to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, automate critical test cases, and execute manual tests for comprehensive coverage. Key responsibilities include defect management, maintaining automation scripts, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the improvement of testing processes. You'll also provide clear analysis of test results and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a hybrid testing role, combining manual and automated testing Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for test automation scripting Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or pytest Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment ISTQB or similar testing certification is advantageous Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is desirable Desirable Skills Familiarity with proprietary automation tools e.g. TestComplete Pro, TestSigma.
