Restaurant Manager Ideal Profile:
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a restaurant team

* Business acumen with experience in budget management and financial analysis

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
* Lead and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
* Manage the bar area within the restaurant, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure synergy between front and back of house teams
* Monitor and manage budgets, P&L, and payroll to optimise financial performance
* Organise and execute events and functions within the restaurant
* Continuously review and improve service standards through training and team development
* Work closely with senior management on new concepts and ideas for the restaurant
