Office Admin
Working out of our Canterbury Head Office (working 8am till 4pm)
Tasks will include:
1. Answering phone calls and liaising with customers and members of the public
2. Maintaining and filing of office records
3. General office ordering and keeping stock of office supplies
4. Supporting the Directors by assisting with emails, etc.
5. Assisting colleagues with scanning and filing of paperwork
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word & Excel
3. Strong time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000
This is an entry-level position with plenty of scope for progression. Training will be provided on-site.
