Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic Clinical Psychologist with an interest in neuropsychology to join our friendly multi-disciplinary Early Supported Discharge (ESD) community rehabilitation team, working with people who sustained stroke or a functional neurological diagnosis. The successful applicant will join the senior Clinical Neuropsychologist in providing high quality neuropsychological assessment, psychological interventions and consultancy to the neuro-rehabilitation service. As a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, there will also be opportunities for indirect working, in the provision of support for families and group based interventions. Main duties of the job You will be joining a team of clinical psychologists & neuropsychologists embedded within multi-disciplinary teams across the county of Hertfordshire. There are clear structures in place to support your CPD and to provide support and supervision. We have well established links with the University of Hertfordshire and provide regular placements for clinical psychologists across all years of training. As this role involves community visits and meetings at other service bases, it is essential that you have access to a car for work purposes and can travel around the county as required (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
