Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful company based in Troon to recruit an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Include
Processing of supplier invoices Create, check and approve purchase orders Daily banking and payment Statement Reconciliation Process expenses and petty cash Support month end Monitor, update and track financial data on spreadsheets Provide support within the teamExperience Required
Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant role Excellent accuracy and keen eye for detail Confident IT skills, this should include MS Excel Able to work in a team environment and support with varied tasks
