An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, engaging customer service advisor to join a friendly and collaborative team at their offices on the outskirts of East Grinstead.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers and converting enquiries via telephone and email.
2. Arranging appointments and resolving queries.
3. Ensuring paperwork is filled out correctly.
4. Updating the internal CRM.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
2. Friendly and people-centric.
3. Previous customer service experience.
4. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
5. Confidence in making outbound calls to follow up enquiries.
6. Ability to work to targets.
Hours and Benefits:
1. Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.
2. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
3. Private healthcare.
4. Pension.
5. Commission structure for converting enquiries.
Due to their rural location, it is essential that you have access to your own vehicle.
