Job Description
We are seeking a passionate product leader with expertise in designing world-class B2B SaaS experiences and applying technology to solve complex customer problems. As the Product Management Director for Ascend Studio, you will lead product strategy and customer experience to launch the AI-first fraud and credit risk management platform. This role requires navigating a matrix organization with multiple product portfolios and experience in large-scale global software launches.
This hybrid role is based in London and reports to the Product VP for Ascend Platform.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Establish the product vision for Ascend Studio, aligning with customer needs and company goals.
2. Lead the end-to-end customer experience for Ascend Studio.
3. Develop strategic vision for AI-enabled workflows, strategies, and insights across credit, identity, and fraud use cases.
4. Coordinate with partner product teams to align on a common backlog.
5. Collaborate with regional product leaders to ensure prioritization across the global portfolio.
6. Conduct client-centered research with UX and regional teams to gather insights that inform the global roadmap.
7. Utilize data and analytics to guide product strategies and measure success.
8. Manage the product roadmap and oversee successful releases.
9. Advocate for the product within the broader organization.
10. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
11. Provide leadership in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies within the Identity and Fraud portfolio.
Qualifications
1. Strategic expertise with the ability to create a vision for teams and partners.
2. Knowledge of the fraud and ID verification market, including key players, use cases, and trends.
3. Understanding of the Credit Risk Decisioning market.
4. Experience delivering AI-driven products.
5. Client-centric mindset with a focus on understanding customer voice and challenging the status quo.
6. Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with technical teams.
7. Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and present to senior leadership and clients.
8. Proven track record of delivering excellent user experiences in B2B.
9. Financial services experience.
10. Experience with Identity and Fraud solutions.
11. Expertise in globalizing products.
