Suffolk New College is looking for an Events Co-ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves managing a variety of events, including open days, career fairs, and community events, while collaborating with the Events Supervisor and marketing team. You will liaise with stakeholders, assist with marketing campaigns, conduct risk assessments, and ensure health & safety compliance.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £22,623 to £28,299 per annum, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a career average pension scheme, a range of staff discounts and opportunities for professional development. The role requires proven event coordination experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and travel between campuses is essential, as is access to personal transport with business use insurance.
Whist this role is based predominantly at our Ipswich Campus, Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
