Insurance Broker Manager Darwen Up to £40k basic Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4.30pm Southam Selections are currently working with a small Independent Insurance Brokers based in Darwin who a looking for an experienced Account Handler who wants to step up into a managerial role and progress within the insurance industry. As a company they deal with Commercial, Haulage and Motor Fleet Insurance. The role will include a split of Account Handling and Management. The Insurance Broker Manager role Duties of the Insurance Broker Manager role include; Handling incoming enquires Reporting into the company Director Arranging new policies, renewals and mid-term adjustments Preparing reports, insurance documents and presentations Arranging renewal and new business meetings for the branch director Managing the claims process Maintain client records and data Negotiate with underwriters to ensure the best coverage, price and level of cover Build and maintain relationships with insurers and customers Assist with upskilling staff Conducting Audits Completing compliance work Producing reports for the directors Managing workloads About you; You need to be passionate about contributing to the business growth plans and being a valued member of the team with opportunities to have input on the day to day matters and drive the team forward.
