We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious, and creative team player to join our team as a Transport Administrator (coordinator). This is a busy and demanding role so requires self-discipline and self-motivation as working within a large team. The main purpose of the Transport Administrator/Coordinator role is to deliver a high level of service for our patients, so it is imperative that the candidate has a strong customer service focus. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent data entry and accuracy skills, the ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills. We require people with effective verbal and written communication skills. The Transport Co-ordinator will also forward plan to ensure the capacity of our appointment sessions are being fully utilized and clinic availability matches demand. 37.5 hours per week Mon Sat. 5 days in 6. Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Sat 9 5:00. Any Saturday working will allow for a rota day off. Site location: SpaMedica, 120 Bark St, Bolton. First point of contact for all patient and driver related queries. Processing changes and amendments to existing patients. Talking to our patients on a regular basis about their appointments. Enter and upload patient referrals and summary care records onto our computer-based systems. Assist with appointment amendments. Assist patients in solving potential issues related to health, social barriers, and transport needs. Respond to general queries mainly by email. Experience Must Haves: Customer service Experience Excellent time keeping Previous experience of using computer-based systems to accurately record work and patient details. Ability to work over multiple systems and databases with good IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) To be a people person who can understand the needs of our patients.
