A fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team centrally. Reporting to the Central Contracts Manager, you’ll be working on our central framework. This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to projects ranging from £250k to £8M, partnering with leading water companies. You’ll be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, performance / monitoring and closure of their projects. You won’t just be joining one business; you’ll be part of a group that can offer you variety and development for the whole of your career What’s the role: Responsible for the delivery of M&E projects with our key client Frameworks up to £6M. Work with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with CDM. Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed including monthly programme & forecast updates. Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations. Responsible for proactive management of health & safety, Site Inspection targets and liaison with clients and suppliers. Reviewing subcontractor approvals and performance. Training and career development opportunities. Participate in client initiatives. What you will need: Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project. Hold appropriate qualifications and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties and NEC Contracts. Have appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry. Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required. Valid EUSR WATER Hygiene (Preferable) Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
