We handle a wide range of enquiries and pride ourselves on the ability to resolve the majority of these at the first point of contact. You will respond to enquiries received mainly over the telephone, but also via chat and email. You will be a confident team player with experience of taking responsibility for issues and seeing them through to conclusion. You must also be able to communicate at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate, spoken English. You must be able to handle high volumes of telephone calls professionally and courteously, even when under pressure.
