Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Wireline Services deliver high quality wireline data acquisition services at the wellsite. We also provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.

This is a Customer facing role responsible for winning business in ENSC & SSA for our ODS WL Cased Hole (Sondex), Open Hole and Perforating business. You will be based in Europe. You will contribute to the strategic plan of the larger business unit.
As an, you will be responsible for:
1. Winning new business for Baker Hughes with a focus on selling a range of our wireline products
2. Selling to or through partners and distributors, which may include channel sales support and channel development duties.
3. Providing technical expertise throughout the sales process - requiring a detailed understanding of our Cased Hole, Open Hole and Perforating wireline products.
4. Managing a complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally; Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal
5. Handling important clients for the WLS product line; managing medium-large sales.

To be successful in this role you will:
6. Have considerable experience of business development across the ENSC & SSA regions
7. Be a wireline expert; possess excellent technical knowledge of baker Hughes products
8. Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
