As a UK-based Marketing Manager in a remote first working environment, you will be responsible for driving campaign strategy in the region. You will personally develop and execute marketing initiatives to build awareness and consideration of Instructure’s products across EMEA. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate across marketing and sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have strong integrated marketing experience, and possess the ability to direct regionally-specific campaigns. Instructure has proven, difference-making products, and we’re looking for the same qualities in candidates for this position. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, EMEA. What you will do: Develop quarterly and yearly campaign strategies and programmes to achieve our business goals. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programmes. Work closely with stakeholders and contributors to drive campaign execution and optimisation. These teams include brand marketing, content marketing, field marketing and communications. Your goal is to collaborate with these teams to drive programmes to completion and be responsible for outcomes. Continually analyse and optimise campaigns, so you can react and adjust our campaign strategies and plans accordingly. Analyse campaign results against programme, lead, brand and pipeline goals. Become a subject matter expert in market conditions, personas, competition, buying cycles/process and our solutions - to drive campaign strategy, create compelling programme design and copy, and CTAs that drive engagement. Own end-to-end coordination/execution of campaigns including emails, advertising, digital media, social, content syndication and events. Develop and manage programme timelines and communicate to stakeholders on status. Constantly and consistently update task lists and timelines to maximise your team members’ workload and availability. You will drive programmes to completion. Manage external vendors, including programme planning, budgeting, deliverables, timelines, and performance. What you will need to know/have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or the creative arts. 5 years experience in a similar campaign management role. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised with great project management skills; ability to juggle multiple programmes/priorities. Excellent strategic and creative thinking skills. Experience with marketing automation (Marketo or equivalent) experience. Experience with marketing tools such as ABM (Demandbase, 6sense), and CRM (salesforce). Self-starter and proactive mindset, with a passion for building and driving process improvements. Experience across EMEA markets, including but not limited to the United Kingdom and Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, Spain, Italy, Middle East and Africa preferable. Ability to develop or bring in programme management tools and best practices is a huge plus. Experience in education, or EdTech is desired.
