We are looking for Customer Collections Advisors to join our client based in the heart of Stoke on Trent.
You will work on an inbound and outbound dialler, responsible for delivering excellent service to customers who have missed payments and need to pay off their debt.

Fantastic training, Permanent roles, Progression, and a competitive starting salary of £21000 increasing to £22,000 after 6 months, plus a bonus potential of up to £2400 per annum. Additionally, a 3 month bonus of £500.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday :
Rotating shifts pattern
Week 1, 8am – 4.30pm (5.30pm finish one day per week)
Week 2, 10:30 – 7pm (8pm finish one day per week) – No weekend working
Responsibilities include:
* Speaking with customers on inbound and outbound lines to discuss their arrears circumstances and missed payments
* Ensuring the system is accurately updated after each call
* Discussing debt resolution and payment options
* Processing payments
* Ensure the company bad debt policy is followed and reported accordingly
* Delivering excellent service and supporting customers by showing empathy during difficult times
* Achieve individual and team KPI’s
* Liaise and communicate with the relevant departments regarding the customer’s journey
Skills required:
* Proven experience working in a fast paced customer driven role
* Work well under pressure and towards targets
* Resilient and confident negotiating with customers regarding their payments
* Strong written and verbal communications
