Our client is looking for a PA / Office Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This is an office-based role full time working with a Senior Director supporting them with general admin support and PA duties.
PA/ Office Coordinator day to day duties include:-
1. Arranging & preparing for meetings
2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
3. Minute taking.
4. Processing expenses
5. Managing all travel and accommodation
6. Booking restaurants and ordering lunches for customer visits
7. Scheduling customer visits
8. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office including ordering stationary, meet and greet visitors.
The successful PA / Office Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:-
Previous PA experience
Strong admin and organisational skills
Strong IT skills particularly excel
Office management or coordinator would be advantageous.
