Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to contribute to the Terex Washing team.

As a Sales Support Coordinator at Terex, based in Farlough, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Director & Regional Sales Managers. You will work to provide best-in-class service to our dealer network and customers.
What you’ll do:
1. Co-ordinate Weekly AER Meetings via Teams, issuing actions and following up on completions.
2. Support the sales organization, including but not limited to order proposal documents.
3. Co-ordinate orders from submission through to order processing.
4. Set up new customer accounts, carrying out compliance checks.
5. Manage project accounts and raise invoices for customer payments.
6. Raise Purchase Orders and deal with queries.
7. Maintain and update backlog spreadsheet for finance.
8. Assist with queries from the sales teams.
9. Ship merchandise/parts through freight companies and provide relevant paperwork for customs.
What you’ll bring:
1. Previous experience working in a sales support environment would be advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a customer service environment.
3. Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
4. Previous experience with Purchase Orders.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
