Many recruitment environments have heavy KPI's and strict processes that can limit and be counterproductive for some. We let our consultants run their own desks, and in turn, we support them with a high level of marketing spend to ensure they have the tools for the job. These tools also include a bespoke recruitment CMS, email mailer tools, niche marketing platforms, national/local job boards, as well as a very large social media network.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
* Engaging in every aspect of the recruitment business development and client acquisition process, from job briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation.
* Utilising job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Sourcing candidates via advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Registering and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and matching them with job opportunities. Preparing and promoting candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Networking and building relationships with clients to drive sales.
* No heavy KPI's; space and freedom to run your own desk with great support from Administrators and Resourcers.
* Attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in recruitment or a sales-based role.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
* Proven experience of running a 360-recruitment desk or a full sales pipeline.
