Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
I am currently partnered with a global travel company who are committed to creating unforgettable travel experiences for their customers. Their mission is to connect travellers with unique destinations and personalised service. Operating in 26 markets on a global scale, they are a fast-growing business who are looking for a CRM Manager to lead the CRM function for the business.
Position Overview:
The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the CRM strategy for the business. This role involves analysing customer data, audience segmentation, and a lot of personalisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, have app experience, and will be comfortable setting up a CRM strategy from scratch and coming in with brilliant ideas!
Essential Skills:
* Solid experience in CRM (4-6 years)
* In App, Push Notification, & Email Marketing experience
* Analytical mindset with good experience in Audience Segmentation & Personalisation.
