Job Duties:
* Assist in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
* Implement individual education plans as directed by the SENCo
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
* Help create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
* Assist with personal care and feeding where required
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting materials as needed
* Monitor and record student progress and behaviour
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to support student progress
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN and different learning needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role may involve standing for long periods, bending, and lifting. Working hours may vary depending on the school's schedule.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
