A new opportunity has arisen with this leading UK supplier, as they seek a Head of Installation and Maintenance to join their growing business. You will be directly responsible for the end to end installation and maintenance of all products within this range.
Reporting directly into the COO you’ll play an integral and crucial role in ensuring the planning and implementation of product/maintenance availability is aligned with customer requirements. Travelling both nationally and internationally, you’ll be customer facing and have a real passion for the brand, its product offerings and customer service excellence.

As Head of Installation and Maintenance, you’ll take ownership of:
• Being the key point of contact for all customer updates/ resolutions in relation to installations and maintenance
• Overseeing and leading a team of engineers supporting ongoing maintenance, ensuring that all installations are commercially viable
• Consistently seeking out ways to improve profit margin
• Overseeing and contributing to the project plan, ensuring that this is available to the customer when required
• Being instrumental in creating a high standard of training methods to support the use of products
• Having a clear understand of the product offerings, and be able to advise on these in detail
• Continuously identifying new business opportunities
Head of Installation and Maintenance skills and experience required:
• Strong commercial awareness
• Strong customer account management
• Previous experience of leading a team of remote engineers
• Full budgetary responsibility
• Contract management and negotiation
• Highly analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Natural ability to prioritise and multi-task
