We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Experience and Service Advisor to join our team and ensure our students have a memorable and positive experience during their stay with us. Job Overview: As a Student Experience and Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our students, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Your role will involve managing a wide range of inquiries, helping students with accommodation-related issues, coordinating events, and contributing to a positive living environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our students have the best possible experience while living at SPACE. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent front-of-house service by handling student inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person. Assist students with accommodation matters such as check-ins, check-outs, room transfers, and maintenance requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable throughout their stay. Coordinate and promote student events and social activities to create a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere. Manage student feedback and implement changes to improve the overall experience. Support the Property Manager in the administration of student contracts, rent payments, and documentation. Conduct property tours for prospective students and visitors, showcasing the accommodation and its facilities. Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and timely, addressing student concerns efficiently. Work closely with the maintenance team and contractors to ensure any issues are resolved quickly. Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, supporting student welfare initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping and supporting others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organised, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Desirable: Experience working in a student accommodation, hospitality, or customer service environment.
