A welcoming primary school in Telford is seeking a dedicated Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team, supporting Reception classes. Role & Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEN children in Reception classes.

Assist in creating a structured and engaging learning environment tailored to Early Years needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individual support plans for students.

Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit the unique needs of each child.

Build positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted mentor and source of encouragement.

Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant (essential).
