We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within our Local Coordination Service to offer a person-centred service that is responsive to the needs and interests of children with additional support needs including autism and other neurodivergent conditions, and their carers. The successful candidate will be expected to identify, connect, develop and lead strong partnership working with strategic stakeholders and have the ability to foster links with Third Sector organisations, statutory agencies and national and government bodies to improve connections and develop pathways for children and families at a local level.
