We are looking for someone who can lead, manage and support a committed team of staff, can clearly communicate their understanding of what outstanding residential care looks like, and can work effectively with a range of professionals to deliver this. You will bring your knowledge and experience of what matters to people we support, can assess and identify all areas of compliance as well as lead and work with colleagues to monitor, review and develop effectiveness. You will also have: A Level 4 qualification in Care Management or equivalent. Proven experience at senior level within a social care service. Proven experience of working with people who have a learning disability and complex needs. This opportunity is being offered as a 12 months fixed term contract.
