We are looking for a Panel beater to join workshops and dealerships across Newcastle & South shields.
- Salary £54,600pa - Increase after 6 months
- Contracted up to 50 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 and every other Saturday
- 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

We are also recruiting MET Technician, Paint Technician, Vehicle Damage Assessor & MOT Testers in this location also.
As a Panel Beater, take the lead in assessing damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required. You'll remove damaged panels, repair or replace them, and ensure that all body components align correctly.
As a Panel Beater you will utilise tools such as hammers, dollies, and welding equipment, to meticulously eliminate dents, scratches, and other imperfections. Precision is key, as you'll measure and realign chassis and frames to manufacturer specifications. Once repairs are complete, you'll prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring a seamless finish.
Panel Beater - Experience & skills:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive Bodyshop
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
