THE PACKAGE: Very competitive basic salary plus commission/bonus scheme giving OTE of around £70k, Hybrid car, pension scheme, benefits etc.
THE COMPANY: My client is a very well-established and well-recognised supplier of a full range of Bathroom products sold via Retail, Housebuilder & Specification.
THE JOB: They are now looking to recruit a new National Retail Manager. Key responsibilities will be managing key accounts which will include important Retailer customers, both independent and multiple showroom accounts. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and helping to devise & deliver the strategy. The role will likely have some additional responsibility in the future.
THE LOCATION: This is a field-based role covering the whole of the UK with the person ideally living in a Central or Southern location.
THE PERSON: The right person will need a proven track record and can demonstrate a high degree of success managing key Retail customers in the Bathroom sector. They will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Bathroom industry and prove they have the strength to manage important customers to greater success and achieve targets.
