Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a dynamic role in an expanding team? Our client is seeking skilled solicitors with 3+ years' PQE to join their thriving Commercial Property practice based in Basingstoke. Senior Associates and more experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, working on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, lease negotiations, property finance, development projects, and landlord-tenant matters. You'll be collaborating with a team that values expertise, client focus, and commercial insight while supporting business development initiatives.
