The team
The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme is one of the transformation programmes in ITV's Transformation Portfolio. It has been established to transform the way ITV manages its contracting process, including contract drafting, workflow tracking, contract signature and storage. CLM aims to simplify the systems landscape by introducing a single new CLM tool (Ironclad), implementing new processes, and introducing new ways of working to future proof both ITV's Legal & Business (L&BA) Affairs team and the business as a whole. The programme aims to develop a new operating model, embed new ways of working and implement a new CLM SaaS platform.
The role
This role, in partnership with the delivery partner, will lead, manage and be jointly responsible for the output of the technology workstream of the programme, with responsibility for keeping the technology plan and key milestones on track, review of key technology deliverables and supporting the delivery partner in navigating ITV's technology governance and assurance framework.

* Responsible for managing the RAIDD log and ensuring appropriate resourcing within the technology workstream.
* Joint responsibility for on time, quality technical delivery and quality assurance of the CLM tool (Ironclad) and respective documentary deliverables.
* Manage the delivery partner and provide quality assurance for their deliverables.
* Co-ordinating Group Technology and wider business' input into relevant deliverables e.g. the technical design, integration approach and design of the to-be support operating model for Ironclad.
* Responsible for ensuring ITV fulfils its responsibilities in technical assurance and testing of the CLM system designed and built by the Delivery Partner.
* Support the Delivery Partner through internal processes and documentation e.g. ITV's technical governance approach.
* Act as liaison with other ITV Technical Owners to share timelines and ensure all ITV Group Tech resourcing requirements are clear for all integrations, providing overarching delivery support for all integrations of Ironclad with ITV core technology systems.
* Based on Business requirements, lead the development of the technical design, sourcing, implementation and migration of a contracts archive. This would also include the decommissioning of legacy contract hosting systems.
* Supporting contract migration and decommissioning of ITV's archiving tools, with the Programme's Solutions Architect.
* Support Hypercare for each rollout wave of Ironclad, which will be led by the Delivery Partner.
* Ensure the Service Management design developed is fit for purpose and implemented effectively.
* Ensure knowledge is effectively transferred to the Group Tech teams to provide BAU support for Ironclad.
