Customer Care Professional \n (Part Time, Back Office)\n\nSalary: £13.50 per hour\nLocation: Brighton, hybrid\nDuration: Temporary, until 31.12.2025 \nHours: 15 hours per week, Saturday to Monday, 5 hours per dayAre you looking for a role that celebrates a collaborative and inclusive culture? \n\nThe team are responsible for working new card applications to make sure they cover all requirements to protect Customers and the business on a day-to-day basis. New accounts are processed with the highest standard of quality and first-class customer service to build that relationship with new cardmembers. \n\nThe Role\n\nDeliver world-class customer service\nConvert new account applications into New Card Accounts by assessing the applicant's suitability to become a customer of the business\nBuild strong collaborative partnerships within the business\nWork compliantly to process anti money laundering and risk verifications on card applications\nBuild meaningful relationships with customers by offering custom solutions and to negotiate a positive outcome for the Customer and the Business\nMeet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets\nNavigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications\nUphold the Data Protection and Privacy Act for Customers\nUpdate systems accurately and efficiently\nRe-prioritize to adapt to the ever-changing environmentIn your role you must be:\n\nHighly fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a business context\nCritical, analytical, and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail\nDemonstrate personal excellence and integrity\nDisplay a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service for Customers\nThe ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service Customers\nExperience and knowledge of using basic Microsoft toolsIf you feel that you fit the above criteria, please don't hesitate to apply here today!\n\nThis role will be subject to background verification checks.
