Relationship Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:00
Salary: £30-32,000 dependant of experience, also a discretionary bonus scheme (plus cash for car allowance of £4000 pa)

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an exceptional relationship account manager who possesses a genuine desire to make a difference in supporting the community. You are empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs through excellent customer communication, relationship management and the ability to actively listen to resolve customer queries.
You will have proven experience in an account manager role and will have strong customer success management skills that you can evidence through your ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
Communication at all levels with internal stakeholders is key to the success of this role, this will include our executive board members.
You have the ability to juggle multiple customer accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and strong internal and external customer communication.
You will have strong negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to report on operational performance and product functionality.
THE ROLE
You will be providing a direct line of communication for Appello’s Business to Business (B2B) customers, liaising at all levels and proactively arranging regular reviews. Being accessible & responsive to customers. Building strong and long lasting relationships with our customers and opportunities to upsell our products and services. This will involve regular travel to meet with our customers face to face.
Reporting to the Customer Liaison Director, ensuring that where a customer issue needs an operational business change, this is effectively communicated, actioned and monitored within the business. You will be taking ownership and accountability for seeing this through to completion and keeping the customer and the account management team updated.
Working with our customers to gather and document feedback and to enable Appello to build and develop services to support our customers growth.
