Job Description: Electrical Contracts Manager

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical projects within the education and custodial sectors. Based out of our Cambridge office, you will manage contracts from initial concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and handover of electrical projects in the education and custodial sectors.
* Collaborate with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and procurement to optimize project outcomes.
* Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality benchmarks.
* Monitor and report on project progress, addressing risks and resolving issues proactively.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including BS7671 and CDM requirements.
* Support and mentor site teams to uphold project standards and values.
