The company works within the online gaming space and is based in Redhill. They are looking for a recruitment consultant on a full-time basis to join their growing team. This role is a 360 recruitment position, including client acquisition, sourcing, and vetting top-quality candidates to place into vacant positions.
Location: Redhill
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Commission
Duties:
1. Managing existing accounts as well as finding new clients using sales techniques including cold calls, setting up and attending sales meetings with new and existing clients.
2. Using recruitment techniques (Advertisement, Social Media, talent finder tools, etc.) to find relatable talent to fill open vacancies.
3. Negotiate terms with customers and candidates.
4. Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
5. Conduct detailed interviews and thorough checks for candidates going through the recruitment process.
Experience/Skills:
1. At least two years of sales or recruitment experience.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment practices.
3. Experience in selling within the recruitment industry.
4. Excellent communication skills with customers, candidates, and colleagues.
5. Desire to achieve individual and team targets.
