Axonas is operating in partnership with an exciting Start-Up who are forging a path within a new market segment of ecommerce SaaS. Their AI-driven platform makes it easier for customers to find and purchase products by understanding customer intent and enriching product data/optimising site searches.
Their founders are incredibly well-respected within their industry and have proven Product-Market Fit by breaking through the £1m ARR milestone with zero external funding landing some of the UK's biggest names as customers.
Given the traction they are seeing and coupled with the positive feedback from some of the largest enterprise names, they are now looking to hire a Founding Account Executive who can help drive them to £3m ARR in the next 12 months and realise the potential opportunity that they have within their Target Addressable Market.
This is an incredible chance to join a start-up which is gathering some serious momentum and work with the Founders to shape the GTM function of the business whilst capitalising on the short and medium term opportunity within the market with a product which is truly unique and unrivalled in nature.
Role – Founding Account Executive
Location – London (2-3 days a week in Tower Bridge area)
Salary - upto £90k x2
Responsibilities:
* Define & Manage the sales process (from Lead to Close) for the company
* Work closely with GTM advisor (who created the GTM Strategy) to execute the plan and drive conversations with a core selection of ICP targets
* Drive a PG/Sales led approach to developing pipeline & opportunities within New Logos
* Own the closing of significant tier 1 retailers (multi-layered Enterprise deals from £100k+)
* Help shape a GTM execution playbook
* Be responsible for the revenue numbers of the organisation
Experience Needed:
* 3-5 years experience selling a SaaS solution in a New Business Sales capacity
* Experience selling an ecommerce or retail related SaaS solution
* Understanding of the key persona's within this company's ICP (e.g. Head of Ecommerce, Head of Personalisation, Head of Product within tier 1 retailers)
* Previous experience working in a growing Start-up environment - you enjoy the scrappiness of a start-up
* Proven Pipeline Generation success - you are a New Business hunter who loves winning new logo's
* Highly collaborative - you will be working closely with the wider Senior Leaderships Team on pivotal initiatives within the company as they grow further into the Enterprise
* Experience using a proven Sales Methodology - MEDDPIC, BANT, CotM etc
* It would be ideal if you had experience of selling into the US - however, this is not a must!
