The role
Do you have great administrative skills? Would you like to use your administrative experience to make a difference to wildlife in Devon?
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Facilities Team, who oversee a wide range of services across the Trust including Operations, Property Management, ICT, Health & Safety, Procurement and Environmental Management.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the work of the team as we seek to develop our central business processes using technology and innovation. You will provide direct support to members of the team including (but not limited to) handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining an effective postal system, placing orders, meeting support, raising purchase orders, and collating central operational records.
This is a part-time permanent post based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter (25 hours per week – 9.30-15.00 or 10.00-15.30 Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break).
