Essential Responsibilities:
1. Month-end preparation and reporting
2. Reviewing accruals and prepayments
3. Audit and tax preparation including tax credits to benefit the business
4. Accounting technical queries lead
5. Review finance team journal entries and release to post
6. Ensure reconciliation tool is reviewed and completed for compliance
7. Lead audit compliance as and when required
8. Lead SOX compliance and control
9. Cost centre reporting and assisting cost centre managers on any reporting requirements
10. Process improvements within the finance team
11. Assisting and supporting the finance department with various tasks
Required Qualifications:
12. Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, ideally suited to the nearly qualified or just qualified.
13. SAP experience or a willingness to learn is essential.
